Comfort is engineered into the hardware and edges, not just the fabric. The dress has no metal zipper and no hard buttons, removing hard-object friction during sleep, and the round or square neckline uses seamless binding with no rough seam edge. Fabric choice is also part of the product: combed cotton at 120-150g/㎡ suits skin-friendly breathable homewear, while ice silk gives a smoother touch and a cooler summer feel. The fabric resists pilling after washing and rubbing at a pilling grade of at least 4, so the nightgown keeps a stable surface through repeated home laundering.

Customization

 

We support OEM/ODM. Buyers can choose combed cotton or ice silk within the 120-150g/㎡ range, select long or short lengths, and adjust neckline shape (round or square) and color groups. Production follows customer samples or technical drawings, and samples can be approved before bulk production. The regular MOQ is 500 pieces, and different colors or models can be mixed within one MOQ order.

Packaging & Transportation

 

Each piece is 100% inspected before packing. Export packing uses 5-layer corrugated cartons, and cargo damage is insured. Trade terms are EXW and FOB. Payment by letter of credit, or 30% advance with 70% balance before shipment; custom orders use 50% advance and 50% balance before shipment.
