Women's Cropped Trench Coat

The shell is 100% polyester waterproof twill at 220g/㎡, paired with a 190T breathable polyester lining, and the finished garment carries a Grade 4 water-repellency rating. A detachable waist belt offers two silhouettes from the same SKU-relaxed straight or defined waist-while hidden snap buttons keep the front placket clean. The short cut is engineered for petite-friendly city collections, campus outfits, and young casual outerwear lines, where buyers need a piece that folds flat, turns easily in retail, and travels well compared with heavier mid coats. Standard sizes run XS-XL and can be extended to XXL/XXXL for European and American plus-size programs.

For a cropped trench coat, the buyer's real risk is length proportion and sleeve alignment across the size range, not fabric choice alone. Our factory supports drawing based manufacturing: when a buyer sends a technical spec or a physical prototype, the short body proportion, dropped shoulder ratio, and belt placement are locked into a confirmed sample before bulk cutting. A sample confirmation step before mass production lets the buyer verify the 72-82cm hem position, belt hardware position, and snap-button alignment on their own fit model. Because this style is usually repeated across several colors and size runs, sample locking early prevents proportion drift in later reorders.

OEM/ODM is supported. Buyers can send technical drawings or a prototype for drawing based manufacturing; custom sample development takes 45 days. Within the 500-piece MOQ, different colors and models can be mixed. Size range can be extended from XS-XL to European/American plus sizes XXL/XXXL. Fabric weight, lining color, belt hardware, and inner label are adjustable. Up to 5 samples can be provided free of charge before bulk production.

Packaging & Transportation

 

Finished garments are packed in 5-layer corrugated cartons for export. Every piece undergoes 100% inspection before packing. Cargo damage is insured under the order. Trade terms available are EXW and FOB only. Standard lead time is 60 days, customized orders 80 days, and repeat orders roughly one week faster.
