Women's Hooded Overcoat

This women's long hooded trench coat combines a long trench silhouette with rain-ready outerwear functions. Body length runs 120-135cm with an integrated hood, giving more coverage than a regular trench coat. The shell is high-stretch waterproof polyester-cotton at 250g, and garment seams are taped to a 3500mm waterproof level. A widened 8cm hood brim helps keep rain off the face, with an adjustable drawstring for head size and wind direction. The hem also has an inner windproof drawstring so the wearer can tighten it against side winds. The result is a piece that works for rainy-island commuting, wet-weather city walks, light camping, short countryside hikes, and seaside styling-positions a standard trench coat cannot cover.

For a hooded rain trench, the buyer's structural risks are hood brim geometry, taped-seam consistency, and hem drawstring function across the size range. Our drawing based manufacturing plus sample confirmation directly target these: the 8cm hood brim shape, hood drawstring routing, taped seam allowance, and hem drawstring are locked on a confirmed sample before bulk production. Because taped seams and waterproof construction are harder to correct after cutting, approving the hood shape and seam taping on a physical sample early prevents rework in bulk. OEM/ODM orders can follow customer technical drawings or prototypes.

Customization

 

OEM/ODM is supported. Production can follow customer technical drawings or prototypes. Hood brim width, drawstring routing, seam taping details, and color are adjustable. MOQ is 500 pieces with mixed colors and models allowed. Custom sample development takes 45 days; up to 5 samples are free.

Packaging & Transportation

 

Export packing uses 5-layer corrugated cartons. 100% pre-packing inspection is performed, with specific attention to seam taping and waterproof function. Cargo damage is insured. Trade terms are EXW and FOB only. Standard lead time is 60 days, customized 80 days, repeat orders about one week faster.
