Women's Ankle Length Trousers

Our women's elastic waist cropped trousers are developed for daily outings for mothers, home leisure, short light travel, summer commuting and comfortable dressing for middle-aged and older consumers. The cut is a cropped, ankle-revealing length of 88-95cm, giving a clean, fresh line that pairs with sneakers, flats and casual sandals. The shell is a breathable cotton-polyester twill at 225g per square metre, light and soft enough to move between home and outdoor wear without feeling heavy.

The comfort story sits in the waist. A widened high-elastic waistband runs 5cm wide, and compared with hard buttons and zippers the full elastic waist removes pressure on the waist and abdomen while making the trousers easier to pull on and off. A hidden drawstring can be matched to the waist, giving a double-adjustment structure that tolerates different abdomen shapes. The trouser hem uses a flat locked-edge finish that resists curling and wearing out, which matters for a comfort-led style expected to be worn repeatedly.

For a comfort pull-on trouser, the risk is that the elastic waistband becomes too tight, too loose or rolls during wear, and the cropped length has to sit right on a range of ages and body shapes. Our value is drawing based manufacturing and sample confirmation: we build the first sample to your waistband width, drawstring position and cropped length, check the comfort and fit on your target customer, and lock the structure before bulk production. Because the elastic waist and drawstring interact, confirming the sample protects the comfort promise that this product is sold on.

Customization

 

We support OEM and ODM. Buyers can customize waistband width, hidden drawstring, cropped length, cotton-polyester twill weight, colour, size grading and packaging. We produce to customer technical drawings or sample prototypes, and sample confirmation is performed before bulk production. Custom sample development takes about 45 days, and up to 5 samples are free.

Packaging & Transportation

 

Trousers are 100% inspected before packing and sealed into 5-layer corrugated export cartons. Photo or video progress updates are available during production. Cargo damage is insured. Trade terms are EXW or FOB only. Payment is by letter of credit, or 30% deposit with 70% balance before shipment; customized orders use 50% deposit and 50% balance.
