The shell is a soft lightweight suiting fabric containing 3% spandex at 250g per square metre, with light wrinkle-resistant performance that reduces creasing during daily wear and cuts down on frequent ironing. The slight stretch improves comfort during walking and long sitting, so the trousers move more like a casual pant while still reading as put-together.

The cut is a micro-straight loose leg that avoids tightness around the calf and helps modify thicker legs, with a mid-to-high waist and a simple single-button waistband. The overall look is clean and neat. The 103-109cm length is a standard full length suited to daily commuting and city outings. Buyers can pair the trousers with T-shirts, shirts, knit cardigans and lightweight blazers, which makes the style easy to position as a light workplace basic or a polished everyday trouser.

For a style that a brand replenishes month after month, the value is batch production and production consistency rather than a one-off design. We run flat sewing, double-needle, buttonhole, button sewing, ironing and needle-detection stages in the same flow for every lot, so the single-button waistband, micro-straight leg and 3% spandex hand feel hold the same from the first 500 pieces to the repeat order. Standard products take 60 days and repeat orders about one week faster, which gives buyers a reliable replenishment rhythm for a light-business basic.

Customization

 

We support OEM and ODM. Buyers can customize suiting weight, spandex content, micro-straight leg width, waist style, colour, size grading and packaging. Production can follow customer technical drawings or sample prototypes. Custom sample development takes about 45 days, and up to 5 samples are free before bulk production.

Packaging & Transportation

 

Trousers are 100% inspected before packing and sealed into 5-layer corrugated export cartons. Cargo damage is insured. Trade terms are EXW or FOB only. Payment is by letter of credit, or 30% deposit with 70% balance before shipment; customized orders use 50% deposit and 50% balance. USD pricing is available.
